Luis Lopez is a Dominican-born second-in-command to nightclub magnate Gay Tony. The drug-addled Tony, losing a grip on his empire, puts Luis in dangerous circumstances in an attempt to retain his power.

The episode adds missions, characters, weapons, multiplayer modes, new gameplay features and more. All of these play a vital role in creating the spectacular experience that is The Ballad of Gay Tony.
